Description
The Company engages in the manufacture and distribution of processed coconut and fruit products, including canned coconut milk, pasteurized coconut milk, coconut water, canned coconut water, pasteurized coconut water, coconut snacks, and ready-to-eat food products, under the Thaicoco and Cocoburi brands. The Company also produces industrial products.In addition, the Company operates a business in the production of premium wet pet food for dogs and cats, marketed under the brands Moochie, Munnchie, and Vetmoo+. Furthermore, the Company is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of fruit-based ice cream products made from Thai fruits. The above businesses are conducted through both the distribution of products under the Company’s own brands and original equipment manufacturing (OEM), with products distributed in both domestic and international markets.

Dividend PolicyThe Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at the rate of not less than 40% of the net profit from the separate financial statements of the Company after deducting corporate income tax and all types of reserves as specified in the law and the Company`s regulations such as Cash Flow, Working Capital, investment plans and business expansion; liabilities; conditions and restrictions as stipulated in the loan agreement including factors involved in the administration. Other necessities and appropriateness will be carefully considered by the Board of Directors. The dividend payment must not significantly affect the normal operations of the company. Annual dividend payments must be approved by the shareholders` meeting. except interim dividend payment. The Board of Directors may approve interim dividend payment from time to time when the company has a reasonable profit to do so. The Company will report such dividend payment to the shareholders` meeting for acknowledgment in the next meeting. In this regard, the Company`s dividend payment must not be contrary to or inconsistent with the law.
