Dividend PolicyThe Company has a dividend policy to shareholders each year, depending on cash flow, with at least 30% of net profit after deducting all required reserves, based on the Company?s separated financial statements. The Company must also consider the necessity and appropriateness of other factors, ensuring that the dividend payment does not significantly impact the normal operations of the Company. The resolution of the Board of Directors approving the annual dividend payment must be presented to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has the authority to consider the payment of interim dividend if it deems appropriate and if such payment does not affect the Company?s operations, which must then be reported to the shareholders at the next shareholders` meeting.
