The Fund has also invested in the ownership of building and other construction, including related system and transferring the leasehold rights on land which Pleonchit Center building is located.(The leasehold rights for Ploenchit Center Building expires on January 23, 2025) Moreover, the fund has invested in leasehold right on land, 4 office buildings and other construction related to Bangna Tower.
