The REIT has an investment policy to invest in real estate in order to acquire ownership, possessory rights, or leasehold rights (including sublease rights) in real estate and related fixtures or equipment. Such investments may include office buildings, factories, warehouses, cold storage facilities, shopping centers, community malls, and other commercial properties. Additionally, the REIT may invest in other assets, and/or other trusts, and/or securities, and/or generate returns through other means, in accordance with securities laws and/or other relevant applicable laws.
