Dividend PolicyThe Company has a policy to distribute dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than 40% of net profits after deducting corporate income tax from the retained earnings of the Separate Financial Statements and legal reserves each year. The Company will consider dividend payments taking into account various factors to maximize benefits for shareholders while ensuring it does not have a significant impact on the normal operations of the Company. The dividend payment may be subject to changes based on the Company`s performance, financial position, liquidity, business expansion plans, and other relevant factors as deemed appropriate by the board of directors. Any decision to distribute dividends must be approved by the board of directors and presented for approval at the shareholders` meeting, except for interim dividend payments. The board of directors has the authority to approve dividend payments if they deem the Company to have sufficient profits to distribute dividends without adversely affecting its operations. Such payment of interim dividend shall be reported in the subsequent shareholders` meeting.
